$167 a month for the next 6 months- Provides 600 glasses to children in need!

$500 a quarter for the remaining 2 quarters- Provides 80 sealants to protect children's teeth from cavities!

$1000 one-time donation- Provides comprehensive dental and vision care for three children for the year- Check-up, prophy, x-rays and fluoride varnish as well as an eye exam and glasses!

Every child seen by LevelUp Kids receives the following:

• At least one preventative dental appointment or “check-up”

• A complete treatment plan for any needed restorative dental care

• All necessary appointments to complete the prescribed treatment plan

• Ongoing communication about the importance of good oral health

• Plus, a free vision screening, exam, and two pairs of eye wear.
