Your contributions allow us to provide free, comprehensive dental and vision care for over 5,200 underserved children in Clay and Platte Counties every year. Nearly one-third of our patients are uninsured.
Every child seen by LevelUp Kids receives the following:
At least one preventative dental appointment or “check-up”
A complete treatment plan for any needed restorative dental care
All necessary appointments to complete the prescribed treatment plan
Ongoing communication about the importance of good oral health
Plus, a free vision screening, exam, and two pair of eye wear.
