What “unprecedented” means to Levelup Kids & those we serve
With schools out of session, we are extremely limited in our capacity to provide our free dental and vision care services to children in need. On June 1, our dental office expanded our hours to be open Monday through Fridays from 7:30am-4:30pm. Our teams are wearing N95 masks and face shields, we have installed air purifiers in our dental rooms, and other measures are in place to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.
Our mobile vision van is open for eye exams in our parking lot on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We have the responsibility to continue providing our services now and in the future. These children rely on your generosity to receive free dental and vision care.
We need your help to catch up to see as many dental and vision patients as we can. Hundreds of children are behind for their regularly-scheduled dental and vision appointments … at no fault of their own. Families are grappling with unemployment and making difficult decisions to find affordable health care for their children.
How many more low-income kids will qualify for our free services after this historic increase in unemployment claims?
It’s an unprecedented time in the history of our organization.
The best way you can help right now is by making a donation today. Hundreds of Northland children need your kindness now to receive free dental and vision care as soon as possible. For nearly two decades, LevelUp Kids has made the most out of your help — 88% of all donations directly fund our dental and vision programs.
Thank you so much for your support as we work through this crisis together. We hope you consider donating by choosing an option below.
