EVENT VOLUNTEERING
Help LevelUp Kids plan and host successful fundraising and community events throughout the year.
Event volunteers play an important role in preparing for our events, gathering needed items, and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. Opportunities are available for individuals and groups before an event as well as on the event day.
EVENT PREPARATION
Depending on the event, volunteers may help with:
Contacting local businesses to request donated raffle, auction, or event items
Picking up donated items from participating businesses
Organizing and tracking donated items
Preparing raffle or auction packages
Assembling event materials and guest packets
Preparing signs, decorations, or activity supplies
Completing other event-planning projects based on current needs
LevelUp Kids will provide instructions and approved materials for volunteers contacting businesses on our behalf.
EVENT-DAY SUPPORT
Event-day volunteer roles may include:
Setting up and cleaning up
Assisting with registration and guest check-in
Welcoming and directing guests
Supporting activity stations
Managing golf tournament hole activities
Assisting with raffle or auction activities
Providing other event-day support
Volunteer schedules vary by event and may include morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts.

Morning and afternoon volunteer shifts are available. Individuals and employee groups are welcome to participate.
In addition to volunteering, golf registration and sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses, teams, and community supporters interested in becoming more involved.
